Michele Purcell Qualifies for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

We are excited to announce that Michele Purcell has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! This is Michele’s FIRST time qualifying for the President’s Club, and she hit this impressive feat by selling more than 33 homes so far this year. Michele is a top-producing agent out of the Lamacchia Realty Berkshires office and serves buyers and sellers throughout Berkshire County. With over 15 years of experience, she goes above and beyond, investing 110% in every transaction. Her expertise spans FHA, VA, Hard Money, and Conventional Mortgages, enabling her to guide clients through financing options that best fit their unique needs.

Since joining Lamacchia in October 2024, Michele has quickly made her mark by earning a place in the 2024 Top Producer Circle after surpassing $9 million in sales. She was also recognized on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List for her outstanding sales achievements.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
