Michael Valencia Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club
We are thrilled to announce that Michael Valencia, P.A. has qualified for Lamacchia Realty’s 2026 President’s Club by surpassing $19,000,000 in sales volume so far this year! This marks Mike’s fourth time reaching this prestigious milestone, also making it in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Mike is a consistent top-producing REALTOR®, both companywide and in the Fort Lauderdale office, and a member of Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle. He has been ranked as the #1 REALTOR® with the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in the Fort Lauderdale office in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and was recognized on the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List for the third time- being honored in 2023, 2024, and 2025. As a Top 0.05% REALTOR nationwide, Mike has helped hundreds of families in South Florida while continuing to serve on active duty in the Coast Guard. After retiring from the military in March, Mike now focuses on his real estate career full-time.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba later this year.
