Michael Valencia Closes 2025 with Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume for Lamacchia Fort Lauderdale
The #1 REALTOR® for both sales volume and transactions in the Fort Lauderdale office in 2025 is Michael Valencia. This is Michael’s third time taking home this award, having also earned it in 2023 and 2024. He achieved this milestone by closing 35 transactions and generating $20,563,995 in sales volume in 2025.
