Michael Valencia Qualifies for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

We are thrilled to announce that Michael Valencia, P.A. has qualified for Lamacchia Realty’s 2024 President’s Club by closing on 33 transactions so far this year! This is Mike’s second time reaching this milestone, as he made it previously in June 2023. Additionally, he reached the prestigious President’s Club ELITE distinction towards the end of 2023. Mike is a consistent top-producing REALTOR®, both companywide and in the Fort Lauderdale branch office, and is a member of Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle.  Mike is a dynamic force in the Fort Lauderdale real estate market, and at our Annual Company Kickoff Event in February 2024, he was awarded for having the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in the Fort Lauderdale office for 2023! Earlier this year, he also ranked on the 2024 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals in Florida. We are so proud of Mike and cannot wait to see what he accomplishes in the last months of 2024!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
