BACKGROUND

Meghan is originally from Worcester, Massachusetts and currently resides in Auburn, MA. She has been with Lamacchia Realty since February of 2017. Meghan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Worcester State as well as having her Real Estate License. Shortly after Meghan finished her reception training with Lamacchia Realty she knew she wanted to dive into assisting the Worcester Agents on their transactions. Meghan excelled in her role as Administrative Assistant proving she could be counted on by her peers, management, agents, sellers and buyers. This led her to new role as the Office Manager of the Worcester office. Meghan is now responsible for the overall operations of the Worcester office, including agent and client support, constant awareness of system improvements, training, coaching, and supervising staff and agents on operational matters.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“I love to spend time with my friends and my family, especially my two children – Ethan & Riley. On a nice weekend I enjoy taking trips to the beach, going away for a weekend with my fiancé or walking around Flea markets hunting for a bargain. When time allows, I like a good book or a crafty project – whether it is knitting, crocheting, cross stitching or testing out a Pinterest project!” You’ll also find me at the softball field in the spring & fall watching my daughter play softball.”

Do You Have Any Pets?:

I have a dog named Molly, she is a Shepard, Rotti, Lab mix and is quite active! Loves to bark at the squirrels and chew on water bottles.

Favorite Part of My Job:

“I love being a part of the growth of the Worcester office and to help support the agents from making them feel welcome, to answering their questions on our systems and then throughout their transactions when they start utilizing the assistance. Working with sellers, buyers, lenders, attorneys, and co-broking agents to ensure a smooth transaction helps the agents focus on their clients’ needs. They always come back with a genuine “thank you!”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“Absolutely, hands down, the Patriots! I do also enjoy seeing a good hockey or baseball game and most importantly – Riley’s softball games!”
