Lamacchia Realty announced today that Worcester Office Manager Meghan Casagranda has won the 2020 Employee of the Year Award! Meghan is truly an integral part of Lamacchia Realty, assisting agents in the Worcester office to ensure all pieces of their transactions are handled with ease and positively guiding them to their success.

Meghan joined Lamacchia Realty in 2017 and it was immediately evident how well she would do in her role. After finishing her reception training, she dove into the Administrative Assistant role in the Worcester office where truly excelled. Her hard work certainly did not go unnoticed by staff and agents – in 2018 she was named Staff Star for her immense amount of support to agents and dedication to her role in the company overall. In 2019, Meghan was promoted to Worcester Office Manager. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Worcester office through client and agent support, management of systems and technology, and supervising staff and agents on all operational matters.
