Lamacchia Realty announced today that Worcester Office Manager Meghan Casagranda has won the 2020 Employee of the Year Award! Meghan is truly an integral part of Lamacchia Realty, assisting agents in the Worcester office to ensure all pieces of their transactions are handled with ease and positively guiding them to their success.

“Meghan has been a force in our number one office since the day she started.  She is very deserving of receiving the 2020 Employee of the Year award for her hard work and leading the Worcester office to its number one ranking.  I look very much to having her and her husband Bill with us in Aruba in October. Congratulations Meghan!” Anthony Lamacchia Broker/Owner of Lamacchia Realty.

Meghan joined Lamacchia Realty in 2017 and it was immediately evident how well she would do in her role. After finishing her reception training, she dove into the Administrative Assistant role in the Worcester office where truly excelled. Her hard work certainly did not go unnoticed by staff and agents – in 2018 she was named Staff Star for her immense amount of support to agents and dedication to her role in the company overall. In 2019, Meghan was promoted to Worcester Office Manager. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Worcester office through client and agent support, management of systems and technology, and supervising staff and agents on all operational matters.

“Meghan is so deserving of the Employee of the Year Award. Meghan is always willing to help in any way she can whether it be another staff member, agent, or client. She always has a positive attitude and a calm demeanor which for some could be challenging considering she manages one of the busiest offices in the company! I hope she enjoys her much-earned trip to Aruba” – Angela Walker, Vice President of Operations, REALTOR®

The Employee of the Year Award includes an all-expense-paid trip to Aruba for its annual President’s Club trip along with the company’s top agents and a $1,000 bonus.
