Matt Czepiel Qualifies for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President's Club ELITE

We are thrilled to announce that Matt Czepiel has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE, just four short months after he qualified for President’s Club in August! He surpassed $24,250,000 in sales volume this year to hit this impressive qualification.

This will be the second year Matt has qualified for the President’s Club ELITE, as he qualified in 2022. This is also the fifth year Matt has been a member of the President’s Club- he has previously made it in 2022,  2021, 2020, and 2019! With over a decade of experience as a REALTOR®, Matt continuously showcases his extensive real estate knowledge and expertise with every client he works with. 2024 has been a great year for Matt, and we can’t wait to see what 2025 will look like for him!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
