On August 9, 2024 at Lamacchia Realty’s company outing to Thompson Island, Jackie Louh announced that effective immediately, MacKenzie Mell was promoted to Northeastern MA Regional Manager. Her new role will cover the Salem, Beverly, Braintree, Easton, Waltham, and Woburn offices. This promotion is a testament to MacKenzie’s hard work, determination, and enduring loyalty to the company.

MacKenzie began her journey with Lamacchia Realty as a REALTOR® in early 2017, where her enthusiasm and leadership quickly shone through. Her dedication and impact have been recognized with her recent honor as June 2024’s Employee of the Month. MacKenzie’s genuine care for the agents and the company has consistently been evident. Now, as the Northeastern MA Regional Manager, she will have the opportunity and resources to further support and empower REALTORS® within her region.
