The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.
The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The June Employee of the Month is MacKenzie Mell.
MacKenzie joined Lamacchia Realty as a REALTOR® in early 2017. From day one, her infectious attitude and eagerness to lead her fellow agents to succeed were apparent. Her passion and talent for helping others led to her moving into the position of a Business Development Consultant in 2019. Now, in her new role as a Success Guide, MacKenzie continues to work closely with Lamacchia Realty REALTORS® – educating and guiding them on best practices for growing their businesses. She is always ready and willing to offer her support to those who need it!
All of her hard work and dedication resulted in her being named Staff Star in June 2021, and this recent Employee of the Month recognition couldn’t be more well deserved!
The winner of each month is not only awarded a bonus in their next paycheck but also adds their name to the list of those eligible for the highly coveted Employee of the Year award. Moving forward, the Employee of the Year will be selected from one of the year’s monthly winners. The Employee of the Year is awarded an all-expense-paid trip to a tropical paradise with the company’s President’s Club winners from the same year!
