Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views its staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.

The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The February Employee of the Month is Lizbeth Lopez.

Lizbeth joined Lamacchia Realty in February of 2022 and has been a prominent role in the success of the Fort Lauderdale office. She was quickly promoted to Office Manager from an Administrative Assistant position in December 2022, and has made impressive strides fulfilling the role in assisting agents within the office, as well as overseeing all day-to-day operations. She truly is the anchor of the Florida office, keeping the agents and office afloat.
