Lindsay Favazza, who joined Lamacchia Realty in 2016 as the Marketing Manager, has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing. When Lindsay first joined the company, she was the only marketing employee and within a few years, she grew the team to six people. Lindsay oversees all marketing efforts for all companies and initiatives. This includes branding and lead generation for Lamacchia Realty and its Realtors. Lindsay leads efforts to help agents market themselves, drives leads for Lamacchia Property Management and Real Training and Systems, all while she continues to build the highly sought after Facebook Page, Crush it in Real Estate.
“It is an honor to be a member of the same group as the other executives in this company who truly are role models for me! I feel very lucky to have an amazing team, all of whom make our marketing department the best in the business! Big things are happening for this company, and I’m thrilled for the future.” – Lindsay Favazza, Vice President of Marketing, Lamacchia Companies
Lindsay was already at the Executive level within the Lamacchia companies. This new title of Vice President, however, makes her role officially on par with the other Vice Presidents who run the company and who have been with the company for over a decade such as Sarah Chaisson, Angela Walker, Mike McGrory, Dave Karoly, and Jackie Louh. She will continue to do what she has been doing by building her team and leading them in serving all companies every day. Lindsay originally got into the company by sending Anthony an eye-catching email in the summer of 2014. Anthony saw the subject line which read, “Marketing Guru Seeks Innovative Realty Firm” and was immediately impressed. He forwarded it to Mike McGrory and Sarah Chaisson, who too were impressed. The body of the email laid out big promises for what she could do for the company and she has since delivered on those promises. Her unique tactics like that email have proved to be a great compliment to Anthony’s aggressive marketing style.
“Lindsay came into the company in early 2016 on a mission and I would say she has accomplished them but now has her eyes set on much bigger things. We are a fast-growing
company with multiple marketing channels, but she manages to stay on top of it all and still comes up with new concepts and even pushes me to do more which I like. She is a great leader to her ever-expanding team, and she is also a close confidant to me on a daily basis on all things marketing and sometimes more. She has shown that she is not scared to speak her mind in our executive meetings, and I admire that and that’s what it takes to be in that circle that she certainly worked her way into. I sincerely appreciate all her hard work and I know we wouldn’t be doing as well as we are without her. I look forward to working with her for many years to come. – Anthony Lamacchia, Broker/Owner Lamacchia Companies
Lamacchia Realty’s marketing has been widely regarded to be the most aggressive in the industry. From television and radio ads, expansive billboard campaigns, social media marketing, and more.
