Lidiya Dimova Qualifies for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President's Club

We are proud to announce that Lidiya Dimova has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She hit this impressive feat by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume this year. Since joining Lamacchia back in 2020, Lidiya has been an invaluable part of our Woburn office. She has been a consistent top-producing agent out of the office, landing a spot on the Top 5 Producers five times this year, most recently in September and October.

Another huge accomplishment Lidiya has achieved this year is having one of her luxury listings named as Boston.com’s Luxury Home of the Week in July.

Masterfully guiding her clients through the process with knowledge and expertise is one of Lidiya’s greatest joys in life. With a solid foundation in the business, Lidiya is well respected in the community and has a vast network of industry affiliates.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
