We are thrilled to share that Laurie Howe Bourgeois has qualified for the Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE for the 2nd year in a row! Laurie is a frequent flyer in Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club, achieving the base status in 2019, 2020, and 2021, and 2022. Reaching the ELITE level for two years in a row is quite the accomplishment, this year Laurie qualified by surpassing $24,240,000 in sales volume and 50 transactions. She was named the #1 agent in total sales and highest volume in the Leominster Office for 2019, 2020, and 2021, and was named #1 for most transactions company-wide in 2021. Laurie was also named a Top Producer in 2020 and 2021 and consistently ranks in the top 10 in the company and top 5 in the Leominster office.
In 2021, she also ranked as the #1 REALTOR® in the city of Leominster for units, sales sides, and sales volume in 2021 and #1 in Worcester County by sales volume (Per MLSPIN, excluding teams)! Earlier this year, Laurie was named to the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who list and ranked on the 2022 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. Laurie has been named an NCMAR top producer since 2000.
The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017, and the ELITE distinction was created in 2020 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip with an additional day on the island. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members are expected to travel to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas in 2023!
