Executive Assistant to Anthony Lamacchia, Business Manager, Relocation Director,


Lauren is one of the very few people at Lamacchia who has some involvement in every area of all companies including Lamacchia Realty, Property Management and REAL Training & Systems.  In early 2018, she was promoted to Business Manager which is appropriate given her role as Executive Assistant to Anthony Lamacchia. In this role, Lauren is involved in every aspect of Anthony’s day-to-day running of the companies.  She works directly with Anthony on all of the active initiatives and she oversees the additional assistants on this team. She manages Anthony’s workload, schedule and tasks to be sure he is working as efficiently as possible.  She also attends and organizes the weekly senior management meetings that Anthony has with the senior leadership team.  Her attention to detail, organizational skills, fast paced work habits, and hard work ethic make her a perfect fit for this role.

Since Relocation is not only a growing part of the company but also a big part of the company’s long-term plans Anthony still wants it overseen from his office therefore Lauren is also the company’s official Director of Relocation. As Relocation Director, Lauren oversees all the company’s clients who are relocating in and out of Massachusetts and New Hampshire through our affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World along with the help of Sarah Hatch, the Relocation Coordinator.  This was the one part of her previous position when she was the Inside Sales Advisor that she kept when she began working with Anthony in August of 2016.  She is constantly establishing and maintaining relationships with several Relocation Directors across the country; including at some of the largest firms in North America. These relationships are not only pivotal to the company’s relocation business but also to ensure that our clients, both incoming to the area and outgoing to other states and countries, are well taken care of.

She has been with Lamacchia Realty since 2012 when she started as a Sales Assistant.  Her skills and ambition were quickly noticed as she rose to be an inside sales agent/advisor to home sellers who called in every day.  She spent a couple of years doing that in addition to working directly with some home sellers selling their properties.   These roles have given Lauren a deep understanding of the home sale process and allow her to communicate effectively with home sellers. It also gave her a lot of company wide knowledge that she used in her job every day.  Lauren was born and raised in Watertown, Massachusetts and graduated from California State University, Fresno with a B.A. in Philosophy/Pre-Law.  She also worked as a Executive Assistant to a Vice President at Fresno after graduating prior to coming back to Massachusetts.

Outside of Work I Enjoy:

“I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, interior decorating, and rooting on all of Boston’s sports teams.”

“I previously worked in commercial real estate before transitioning to residential real estate in 2012.”
