Lamacchia Realty Ranked in the 2022 Mega 1000

The T3 Sixty has released its annual ranking of the Mega 1000 Brokerages through the Real Estate Almanac. The report ranks the nation’s top 1,000 brokerages by annual sales volume, transaction sides and agent count. T3 Sixty uses sales volume as its lead ranking criteria because it is the core metric used to calculate agent commissions, franchise fees and company revenue, and therefore reflects a company’s overall strength.

Lamacchia Realty officially ranked 285th by sales volume out of 1000 brokerages in the U.S. residential real estate brokerage industry as of December 31, 2021. This is an impressive 73 spots higher than the company ranked in 2021, at 358th. Lamacchia closed out 2021 with $1.6 Billion in sales volume. Only about 20% of the brokerages mentioned in the Mega 1000 are independently owned, making Lamacchia’s accomplishment that much more impressive.

The wonderful people in our company are what make us grow, year after year, no matter what the market brings us. I'm honored to see Lamacchia Realty ranked again this year and look forward to watching us continue to rise in the rankings in the years to come!
