After joining forces with Keystone Property Group and opening the Seekonk office in September 2023, Lamacchia Realty was thrilled to celebrate the official Grand Opening of the office on Saturday September 21st, 2024! Keystone Property Group has been a well-known Seekonk brokerage with over $100 million in annual sales volume in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for the past several years before the acquisition and have had continued their success since the merge. 

We were honored to have Broker Associate, Jodi Hedrick, and our Seekonk office REALTORS® join us to celebrate the opening of the freshly updated office. In addition, we were also joined by many staff members, family, friends, and clients who enjoyed plenty of family-friendly fun!

Meet our Seekonk area REALTORS®!

The Seekonk office is one of many new offices to join the Lamacchia Realty map in the past few years. In 2023, Lamacchia joined forces with Foley Real Estate in Falmouth, MA, and Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River, MA, and in 2024, joined together with FOUR legacy brokerages: Sears Real Estate in Springfield, MA, Emerson Realtors in Auburn, MA, Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, MA, and Berkshire Dream Home in Dalton, MA.

Additionally, Lamacchia Realty celebrated its first official Connecticut office with a grand opening in Southington, CT in December 2023. Lamacchia also expanded into Salem NH, Northborough MA, Beverly MA, Chelmsford MA, and Braintree MA, officially stating their claim in markets the company has already been serving for over a decade. In the summer of 2020, Lamacchia purchased the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham. Finally, after years of referring clients to other companies, Lamacchia opened its very first office in the state of Florida. The Fort Lauderdale office expands its presence beyond the New England area, allowing the company to serve the South Florida market.
