Cyndi Deshaies received her real estate license in March 2017. Since then, she has taken off running and has helped her buyers and sellers reach their goals. She will be offering her landscape expertise to her real estate clients as she used to own a landscape design company. Cyndi thrives to make her buyers and sellers her top priority. Amie Balchunas joined Lamacchia Realty’s Worcester office in February of 2017, and in her first year she saw a 400% growth in her business – an incredible achievement! Her time with Lamacchia unfortunately came to end when she moved down the Fort Lauderdale. However, when the brokerage developed their official plan to expand to Florida, Amie rejoined as an agent lead for the Fort Lauderdale office’s opening in November 2020. Amie dominated in 2021, winning the award for Most Transactions in the Fort Lauderdale office and was named a Top Producer companywide.
