Every year as part of this contest, Lamacchia Realty tallies the most positive reviews by quarter and for the year for Realtors. The first quarter was won by Anthony Castellano. The second, by Trish Kosiba, and the third, by Paul J. Cervone. The winner of the fourth quarter was Kevin Surdam. Quarterly winners received $250 to put towards their personal marketing and a video promo. Overall, Paul was the Realtor with the most positive reviews overall in 2020.
