Lamacchia Offering Buyer Pending Course Nationally
January 15th, 2018– Lamacchia Realty is kicking off their Buyer Pending Course on February 7th, 2018. This course will be offered to all Lamacchia Realty Realtors and to Lamacchia’s REAL Training & Systems National Customers as well!
This course will consist of three weeks of live training, two hours a week. It will provide a guide of step by step actions on what to do with a buyer once they have committed to working with you; from showing homes, to getting the buyer to making realistic offers, how to navigate multiple offer situations, and how to get your buyer under contract as soon as possible.
This course will include:
- Recap of converting the buyer lead into a buyer client, and setting the right expectations with the buyer
- Best practices for conducting showings with the buyer and gaining rapport
- Keeping your buyer happy in this low inventory market
- Writing and making offers
- Dealing with multiple offer bidding war situations with your buyer
- Tips for winning bidding wars
- Negotiating a Fee Differential to obtain the commission that you want
The course will be run by Anthony Lamacchia, Broker/Owner of Lamacchia Realty, along with the Director of Sales, Mike McGrory, and Sales Manager, Dave Karoly, along with a few of Lamacchia’s best Realtors who deal with navigating bidding wars in their markets weekly. These agents have the highest rates of getting their offers accepted.
These systems, strategies, and methods are the best around and when implemented will increase your buyer sales dramatically. Recently, Lamacchia’s REAL Training program was featured in an article in Inman News where they explained why these trainings are better and how they are being offered nationally. Recently, Anthony was invited to speak on an expert panel at the Inman Indie Broker Summit in New York in January 2018.

Lamacchia Realty began offering these trainings to another brokerage in Virginia in January of 2016 and began offering them across the nation on December 1st as described in a press release from late October. That press release includes a video with the agents from Virginia who share their experience with the training.
In December, Lamacchia ran a Listing course and in January offered a Buyer Conversion course. Both Courses had Realtors, Broker owners, and team leaders from California, Iowa, Texas, Virginia, New York along with agents from Lamacchia Realty’s five locations.
