Wednesday, December 26th, 2018 – Lamacchia Realty announced the launch of their newest campaign for sellers called the Offer Now Program. This program will address the needs of homeowners who want or need to bypass the open market by providing a contingent-free, no obligation cash offer on their home with a flexible close.
Over the years Lamacchia Realty has been known to offer unique programs to fulfill seller’s needs in various markets and this one is no different. It has become apparent in the current market that there are homeowners who want to sell their homes but are hesitant to list traditionally, sometimes due to the timeline or required expense of repairing their property for sale and for various other reasons.
