In December of 2018, Lamacchia Realty launched the wildly successful Offer Now Program in which the company purchases a home, closes in a timeframe determined by the seller, and allows the seller to leave behind anything they don’t want to take with them. The program has come a long way since it was first launched and continues to evolve to cater to the needs of the modern seller.

Through this program, homes purchased by the sister company Lamacchia Development LLC, are renovated and then listed traditionally through Lamacchia Realty which then adds to the local inventory. The improvement to the offer now program will now share profit with the original owners if the home re-sells for over a predetermined price* and after the company can secure a reasonable return on the investment.

This program is the first of its kind where profit sharing is offered to the original owners of the home.
