Lamacchia Cares Foundation Hosts its First Annual Golf Tournament

September 17, 2024– The Lamacchia Cares Foundation had its First Annual Golf Tournament at Sandy Burr Country Club in Wayland, Massachusetts this past Tuesday.

The golf tournament was a major success! With a completely sold-out registration of 144 players and various sponsors, it was the perfect day for a round of golf. Registration included breakfast, lunch, and cocktail hour, which allowed participants to win multiple prizes and a 50/50 raffle.

Anthony Lamacchia, CEO and Founder of Lamacchia Realty and The Lamacchia Cares Foundation, Inc., was present at the golf tournament, supporting all of those who were involved as well as playing the course himself. 

As a whole, The Lamacchia Cares Foundation raised over $30,000 at this event and 100% of the proceeds from the tournament will go directly to the foundation. The Lamacchia Cares Foundation supports local fundraising initiatives, which reflects the Foundation’s commitment to making a tangible difference in the community. As a recognized 501(c)(3) and approved as a charitable foundation by the IRS and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, all of the proceeds from this event will go to their mission of assisting those in local communities.
