Lamacchia Announces REAL Training Fall Course Schedule

Lamacchia Realty and REAL Training and Systems have just released the REAL Training course schedule beginning this month through December 2018.  This comprehensive REAL Training program addresses real-world situations that prepare Realtors to better serve their clients, understand the market and grow their businesses.  It is offered to Lamacchia agents, other national brokerages, teams, and agents.

These courses run every Wednesday from 12:30- 2:30, following a two-hour morning session which covers a variety of topics throughout each month.

This program was originally launched back in 2012 to serve agents of Lamacchia Realty when Anthony Lamacchia felt they should have access to ground level training by industry professionals who have encountered countless real-life scenarios. It was expanded to National REAL Training and Systems customers in late 2016.

Fall and Winter REAL Training Courses:

Listing Conversion Course, September 2018:

Significantly increase your listing conversion by taking this course!  This course runs two hours per week for four weeks and will cover every step that should be taken to sign up a listing at your price and commission.  Click here to learn more.

Dealing with seller objections when it comes to everything from price adjustments to home inspections is an art that is taught in this three-week, two hours per week course.  It covers everything you need to know by providing scripts and collateral materials that agents can use with sellers every step of the way from list to close.  Click here to learn more.

Buyer Pending Course, December 2018

Getting a buyer to commit to working with you is just one step in the process!  Setting the right expectations with buyer clients, conducting showings, writing offers, encountering multiple offer situations, and getting the buyer under contract as soon as possible is all part of buyer representation and this course has you covered.
