Lamacchia Team: #1 Real Estate Team 5th Year in a Row
We’re pleased to announce that for the fifth year in a row, the Lamacchia Team has sold more homes in Massachusetts than any other agents or team.
With 265 listing sales in Massachusetts under the Lamacchia Team in MLS Property Information Network for 2014, that puts us in the #1 slot by transaction once again.
Along with the 265 listing sales in Massachusetts, our real estate team had an additional 34 listing sales in New Hampshire and a handful of non-MLS listings sales for a total of 302 team listing sales. In addition to the team listing sales, our independent agents also had an additional 19 listings sales for a total of 321 listings sold. This doesn’t include our great team of buyer agents in the field, who help buyers find homes even if the homes aren’t listed under Lamacchia Realty . These agents helped 197 buyers get into their dream homes. As a company we sold over 500 homes once again!
We have proven year after year that there are no geographic restrictions to where we sell homes effectively. We sell homes all across Eastern and Central Massachusetts, the Cape, and Southern New Hampshire. Our company sold homes in 140 cities and towns across Massachusetts in 2014.

Anthony Lamacchia and John McGeough had been the leaders of this team since its formation in 2006. This past September, John sold his half of the company to Anthony. As of January 1st 2015, the team will now be identified in MLS as the “Lamacchia Team”.
In 2014, Lamacchia Realty added more Buyers’ Agents to help even more home buyers in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. These additional agents resulted in great growth on the buyers’ side of our business as compared to 2013. We also had a significant increase in our average sale price, which resulted in a higher sales volume than 2013. In 2015, we will see large growth in both the buyer and listing numbers, leading to yet another high-performing year for Lamacchia Realty .
