Kristen’s sales career began early on one hot summer as an ice cream truck driver in college. While she has certainly evolved from her days of encouraging children to spend their allowance on ice cream, her love for helping people has always been a constant in deciding her career path. Before joining Lamacchia Realty, Kristen was the head of Private Event Sales at the Worcester Art Museum. Working in events allowed her to build lasting relationships and navigate her clients through milestone moments in their lives, much like her position today as a Realtor. Kristen’s first priority is always the happiness of her clients. She demonstrates commitment, determination, and excellent communication skills with every client she has the privilege to work with. Her passion for real estate and people is apparent upon the very first meeting. Kristen lives in her hometown of Holden, Massachusetts. She has also lived in both Western MA and the Boston area and can buy and sell homes anywhere in the state.
What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?
“Simply put, Lamacchia feels like family. Lamacchia agents and staff are truly a team and work together to make every client’s experience as seamless as possible.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with family and my wonderfully spirited children. I also have a love/hate relationship with DIY projects around my house. Outside of that, my favorite things include checking out local restaurants, live music, museums, photography, cooking, and travel. My bucket list of places to visit and things to do is constantly evolving.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“I have always been inspired by the Rainbow Child Development Center. This not-for-profit childcare center in Worcester, MA strives to ensure that at-risk children are enrolled in high-quality, stable, early education. They also offer after school care and summer camp for at-risk school-aged youth. Every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, no matter what the circumstances.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“I once read an inspiring quote that states “It’s a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together.” I am lucky enough to say I am living those words every day. No house, no client, and no two days are ever the same, but I always welcome the challenge. I genuinely enjoy making the process understandable, worry-free, and seamless. Most of all I love helping my buyers and sellers make their real estate dreams a reality.”
Do you have any pets?
“I am the mom to an energetic and lovable Springer Spaniel named Finn.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“My favorite sports teams are always the ones my kids are playing on! Beyond that, I’m a Red Sox lover and a supporter of whatever other teams my boyfriend wants to try to sell me on.”
