Kip Lebaron qualifies for Lamacchia Realty's 2024 Presidents Club

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Kip LeBaron has qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! This is Kip’s first time reaching this milestone, and we couldn’t be more proud. He achieved this by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year – an impressive feat!

Since joining Lamacchia Realty in 2016, Kip LeBaron has experienced extraordinary growth, increasing his business by 450% within his first year—a testament to his expertise, hard work, and deep market knowledge. For the past four years, Kip has consistently earned a spot in the Top Producer Circle by surpassing $9,000,000 in sales volume annually. He is also regularly recognized as a Monthly Top Producer for both the Woburn office and company-wide. Kip attributes his success to his unwavering commitment to putting clients first and providing exceptional service and guidance.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 and 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba!
