Kimberly McLaine Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club
We are so excited to announce that Kimberly McLaine has officially qualified for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! This marks Kim’s second time achieving this impressive milestone, having already surpassed $19 million in sales volume this year. Based out of our Chelmsford, MA office, Kim serves clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire with exceptional communication, strong market knowledge, and access to exclusive off-market opportunities. Her attentive, results-driven approach allows her to provide a high level of service and guidance throughout every step of the buying and selling process.
Since joining Lamacchia Realty in 2022, Kim has continued to grow her business while remaining deeply committed to her clients. She has earned her place in the Top Producer Circle and, over the past two years, has doubled her business, which is an incredible reflection of her hard work, consistency, and dedication. The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba later this year.
