Kevin Sears Ranks on the Swanepoel Power 200 for 2025
In recent news, Kevin Sears, 2025 NAR President and Associate Broker of Lamacchia Realty Springfield/Sears Real Estate, was ranked on the T3 Sixty Swanepoel Power 200 List for 2025. This list consists of powerful real estate leaders selected based on their power within their company/brokerage, their influence and reputation with those in the industry, and the impact they have made and are planning to implement in the coming years.
Out of the list of 200 Executives and Leaders, Kevin ranked impressively at #17.
2024 was a very successful year for Kevin, as he served as the 2024 President of the National Association of REALTORS® and was recently installed to continue his position in 2025. Kevin was the 2024 President of NAR, and prior to being so, he was the President’s Liaison in 2019, and NAR Vice President of Government Affairs in 2017. In 2010, Kevin was elected as President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, after numerous years of being on the board and receiving accredited awards such as 2016 REALTOR® of the Year and the Milton H. Shaw Distinguished Service Award.
Also in 2024, Kevin showed the real estate industry he is an incredible leader by not being afraid to face the music, as he attended more than 75 events in the calendar year and interacting with over 36,500 real estate professionals. He took the stage at many events, including the Inman Connect Las Vegas in July 2024 to discuss NAR’s history and what to expect as the industry continues to evolve, all while advocating for REALTORS ® and being transparent about what is happening in real estate. Additionally, he took the stage at the 2024 Crush It In Real Estate Kickoff Event as a panelist and will be returning for the upcoming Crush It In Real Estate Event in 2025.
