Kevin Sears Mentioned in Recent Inman Article

Kevin Sears, NAR President and Associate Broker of Lamacchia Realty Springfield, was recently mentioned in an Inman article. Sears states that REALTORS® have a sincere obligation and responsibility to put their clients’ interests and needs before their own.

He emphasizes that the real estate industry must remain centered on homebuyers and sellers, not agents or brokerages. While industry discussions increasingly focus on how changes affect professionals, the true drivers of real estate (and the economy) are consumers who invest their money, build wealth, and pursue the American dream. A REALTOR®’s role is to guide and support clients through what is often the largest and most emotional financial transaction of their lives.

 The core message: REALTORS® succeed, and the economy grows, only when homebuyers and sellers are put first.
