We are thrilled to announce that Kerryann Murphy has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She achieved this prestigious accomplishment by selling more than 33 homes this year! This is her third time qualifying for the President’s Club, as she previously has qualified in 2022 and 2021.

Apart from her impressive President’s Club status, Kerryann has been a consistent top-producing agent out of the Lamacchia Realty Chelmsford office, landing a spot on the monthly office-specific Top 5 Producers eight times this year, most recently in October and Novemeber. She has also qualified for Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle in 2023, 2022, and 2021.

Buying a home is the biggest purchase someone will ever make in their life, so being the one that people choose and trust to help them with the process means the world to Kerryann. Helping others has always been a motivator for her, and she feels that her job allows her to do this every day.

Congratulations, Kerryann!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 members just went back to Aruba! The 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba late next year.
