Katherine is new to Lamacchia, bringing a determined attitude and a multifaceted background that ultimately led her to her real estate career. Her degree is in Community Development from UMass Boston, with the majority of her education being centered around the impact that a place of residence can have on both individuals as well as the community at large. She also studied abroad in West Africa and volunteered at an orphanage.
She has worked for both the City of Boston and Cambridge, creating a mural project and working with children and families. Most recently she was a Marketing Manager at a local Boston company. Her experience and education, combined with a genuine passion for helping people advance in their real estate goals, make her an excellent agent to work with. Katherine has lived in various places throughout Massachusetts and traveled to over a dozen different countries; currently, she resides in Central MA. She joined Lamacchia because of the amazing support system the company has put in place to ensure that every step of the process is professionally executed.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Outside of work I enjoy traveling, being by the water in some way, shape, or form, and cooking meals to share with friends and family.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“My favorite charities are the Special Olympics and the National Kidney Foundation.”

“I love learning about and meeting new people! I’m all ears when it comes to your goals and I thrive off of helping you achieve them.”
Do you have any pets?
“When I studied abroad in Ghana, West Africa I rescued an abandoned kitten and was able to bring her back home with me to Massachusetts. Her name is Tegan and she is now 7 years old.”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“I’m a New England fan through and through. The Patriots will always be my #1 team, and I enjoy watching the Bruins as well.”
