Home sales are up 7.8% year over year, with June 2025 at 3,442 compared to 3,230 last June. Sales are up across all categories
- Single families: 2,230 (2024) | 2,701 (2025)
- Condominiums: 690 (2024) | 741 (2025)
The average sale price has increased by 2.4% compared to last year, now at $627,755 from $613,177. Prices increased for all categories.
- Single families: $675,704 (2024) | $694,166 (2025)
- Condominiums: $383,018 (2024) | $385,682 (2025)
Homes Listed For Sale:
The number of homes listed is up by 7.7% when compared to June 2024.

Pending Home Sales:
The number of homes placed under contract is up by 10.2% when compared to June 2024.
