With nearly ten years’ experience in real estate, Realtor Joseph Cipoletta believes that successful real estate transactions are a collaborative effort between buyers, sellers and agent. “By working together we can ensure that everyone feels ‘good’ about what we have achieved—and at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about—making people feel good.”
Joseph, a Boston native who grew up in the North End and has lived in Salem since 2009, is very familiar with the North Shore’s diverse communities. “The North Shore has so much to offer not only in recreational opportunities but also in terms of lifestyles. Our communities run the gamut from large urban centers like Beverly and Salem to small towns like Hamilton or Georgetown.” The key to finding someone the ‘right’ home is to listen carefully to what they say and then work hard to find what they want. That’s what I enjoy most—is finding people their perfect home.” Joseph, a classical organist, is also the Music Director for St. Paul’s Parish in Hamilton-Wenham. His wife, Jessica, is Research Project Manager at Boston’s Children’s Hospital and is on the faculty at Mass College of Pharmacy Health Sciences. They live at home with their new son Sebastian and their dog Puccini.
