We are thrilled to announce that Joselin Malkhasian has earned her spot on the prestigious 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE! She hit this milestone just three short months after qualifying for the 2025 President’s Club. This is her SIXTH time earning ELITE status, as she has previously done so in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. She is a consistent member of the President’s Club, as she has been a member every year since 2017. Joselin is not only a repeat member of Lamacchia’s President’s Club, but also consistently earns her spot on the Top Producer Circle.

At the annual Crush It In Real Estate Kickoff Event earlier this year, Joselin was recognized as the #1 REALTOR® in the Waltham Office for both Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in 2024, an honor she has also earned in 2023, 2021, 2020, and 2019. Most recently, she was named to the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. In addition to her sales success, Joselin served as the 2024 Vice President and now proudly holds the role of 2025 President-Elect of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. She has also been recognized as a Top Producer by Boston Magazine and was recently featured in the Boston Globe.

Congratulations, Joselin! What an incredible year it’s been!

“It’s no surprise that Joselin has once again achieved ELITE status! Her unwavering dedication and commitment to her clients truly set her apart. Year after year, she continues to grow, refine her craft, and raise the bar as a REALTOR®. Congratulations, Jos!"

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
