Joselin Malkhasian Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club
We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club- Joselin Malkhasian! Joselin has achieved this impressive milestone by surpassing $19,000,000 in sales volume so far this year. This is her TENTH year in a row qualifying for the President’s Club, every year since 2017. She has also hit ELITE status five times, in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Joselin is not only a repeat member of Lamacchia’s President’s Club, but also consistently earns her spot on the Top Producer Circle.
Earlier this year at the annual Crush It In Real Estate Kickoff Event, Joselin was awarded with being the #1 REALTOR® with Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in 2025 out of the Waltham Office. She has also won this award in 2024, 2023, 2021, 2020, and 2019. Joselin also served as the 2024 Vice President and was inducted as the 2026 President of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®. Joselin has been repeatedly honored on the RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. She has also been recognized as a 2026 Top Producer by Boston Magazine and has recently earned a few features in the Boston Globe.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba later this year.
