Joselin Malkhasian Closes 2025 with Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume for Lamacchia Waltham
The #1 REALTOR® for transactions and sales volume in the Waltham office in 2025 is Joselin Malkhasian. This is Joselin’s sixth time taking home the award for both Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume, having done so in 2024, 2023, 2021, 2020, and 2019, and we couldn’t be more happy for her! She reached this achievement by closing on 33 homes and selling over $30,829,300 in sales volume in 2025.
