Joselin Malkhasian Inducted as 2026 President of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®
On December 11th, 2025, the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® held its annual Leadership Installation at the Westin Waltham/Boston! At the ceremony, Lamacchia Realty REALTOR®, Joselin Malkhasian, was officially inducted as the 2026 President of the Board!
Joselin has earned a number of incredible accolades over the last several years. She is a nine-time member of Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club, and has reached the ELITE recognition six times. At the annual Crush It In Real Estate Kickoff Event earlier this year, Joselin was recognized as the #1 REALTOR® in the Waltham Office for both Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in 2024, an honor she has also earned in 2023, 2021, 2020, and 2019. Also in 2025, she was named to the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. Joselin has always had active involvement with GBAR, serving as the 2024 Vice President, 2025 President-Elect, and now is the 2026 President!
