John Millen Promoted to Director of Business Development

Lamacchia Realty has officially announced the promotion of John Millen to his new role of Director of Business Development! In this role, John will be continuing his efforts of consulting REALTORS® on best practices to increase their businesses and provide even more support to those around him. John is also directing a team of Business Development Consultants that focus on recruiting, onboarding, retention, and more.

John began as a REALTOR® at Lamacchia Realty in May 2016 and quickly became a top producer.  His passion for the work he was doing and the immense support he offered to his fellow agents truly made him stand out.  In 2018, he transitioned from an agent to a staff member as Business Development Consultant, and later to a Manager of Business Development in 2019 where he consulted REALTORS® on the best strategies to grow their businesses.

Outside of working with REALTORS® to grow their businesses, John’s involvement in and passion for growing and maintaining company culture is unmatched. He is often the ringleader for various events and outings, and his networking skills, knowledge of the company, and steadfast devotion to agent success certainly do not go unnoticed. In 2018, John was the recipient of the Teamwork and Culture award at the Lamacchia Annual company kickoff event. He isn’t just devoted to Lamacchia Agents, in 2020, John was elected chairperson of the RACM Government Affairs Committee.
