John Millen and Patrick Kennedy Inducted as 2025 RACM Vice President and Treasurer
On December 5th, 2024, The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) held its annual Installation ceremony in Worcester. At the ceremony, John Millen, Lamacchia Realty Director of Business Development, was inducted as RACM’s 2025 Vice President, and Patrick Kennedy, Lamacchia Realty REALTOR® was inducted as RACM’s 2025 Treasurer!
John Millen has been with Lamacchia Realty since the Spring of 2016. He was promoted to Business Development Manager in the Summer of 2019 and again to Director of Business Development in 2021. John has done an immense amount of work for the Association including serving as the 2020 Government Affairs Committee Chair, a committee in which he has been a part of since 2018. John was a RACM Director in 2022, and is now the RACM Vice President of 2025.
Patrick Kennedy joined Lamacchia Realty in 2020 and has a vast knowledge of the real estate industry and the local community. He has done extensive work with both the RACM and MAR boards including chairing the Government Affairs Committee in 2019, where he worked to evaluate and examine potential laws that impact REALTORS® and their clients. He was named an Alternate on the board for the 2021 year, and a Director in 2022. Patrick will serve as a Treasurer for the 2025 year.
