Lamacchia Realty Ranks on Inc. 5000 with 91% Growth
Lamacchia Realty Recognized for 15th Year in a Row, Earning a Place Among the Nation’s Most Successful Independent Businesses
For the fifteenth year in a row, Lamacchia Realty has ranked on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Lamacchia ranked 3,254 on the prestigious list of rapidly growing private companies, up 1,552 spots from 4,806 in 2025. This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. These businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy.
Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2022 to 2025. Over the past three years, Lamacchia Realty exhibited an astounding 91% growth. The company now has nearly 800 agents and over 70 employees, a significant increase from when the company started with just three people in 2005.

Lamacchia Realty has shown no signs of slowing down despite the unique state of the market. With now having a total of 28 branch offices, Lamacchia Realty acquired fifteen acquisitions in New England in the past two and a half years and the company is working to continue its expansion in New England and also working on closing some acquisitions in South Florida. This growth period has greatly expanded the company’s market share in New England, including its recent expansion into the Vermont Market with the most recent acquisition in Adams and North Adams, MA with Steepleview Realty. Prior to that, Lamacchia acquired Rosewood Realty and Real Estate School out of Somerset, MA, and right before that in Waterbury and Wolcott, CT with the Briotti Group, and in Milford, MA with the Lioce Properties Group.
