Gerry Bourgeois Promoted to Senior Advisor to CEO and COO

On Wednesday, October 12th Gerry Bourgeois was officially promoted to Senior Advisor to the CEO and COO. This comes roughly a year and a half after Gerry joined the Lamacchia Realty management team. Since joining the staff side of the company Gerry has worked within the operations department of the management team. Gerry initially joined Lamacchia Realty as a REALTOR® in early 2019. During his time as an agent, Gerry held various accomplishments including qualifying for the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club, receiving the innovation award in 2019, and was a consistent top producer in the Leominster Office and across the company. Gerry spent over 30 years as a REALTOR® and closed more than 1,350 transactions over the course of his career.

In this new role on the Director Level, Gerry will use his vast knowledge of the industry and company to advise the CEO Anthony Lamacchia and the Chief Operating Officer Jackie Louh in their day-to-day work to help the company grow, take advantage of various opportunities and run efficiently. As a very technical man, Gerry is great at processing years of data and numbers and then generating new ideas, hypothesis, and projects from them.  His industry experience across various markets and economies will be invaluable in the years to come.
