Foley Vacation Rentals is Now Lamacchia Vacation Rentals
Lamacchia Realty is pleased to announce that their Cape-Cod based rental company Foley Vacation Rentals is now Lamacchia Vacation Rentals. This evolution unifies Foley’s highly respected landmark Falmouth brokerage that was founded in 1970 with Lamacchia Realty’s nationally recognized brand. Lamacchia Realty acquired Foley Real Estate in June of 2023.

It’s time to officially bring it into the Lamacchia brand simply by naming it ‘Lamacchia Vacation Rentals.”
Foley Real Estate became the Lamacchia Realty Falmouth branch location once officially rebranded in 2024, but the Foley Vacation Rentals side kept its original name for a longer period due to its notoriety in the community. Foley Vacation Rentals at the time offered hundreds of rentals every summer and we have continued to grow our inventory since we took over and operated it under Lamacchia Property Management, Inc. Offering property management to owners of these rental properties has become an increasingly in-demand service offered since the acquisition. Services include everything from marketing the rental property, to collection of rent, paying cleaners, a 24-hour emergency hotline for rental and maintenance issues, and more, giving owners peace of mind and maximum earning potential on their properties.
The new name will in no way impact the day-to-day of our agent’s rental business and everything will continue to operate as usual for our current clients. It will be noted that the company was ‘Formerly Foley Vacation rentals’ during the transition to be sure there is no confusion in the marketplace that it’s the same company.
In October of 2024, it was announced that Lamacchia Realty Falmouth and Foley Vacation Rentals was been voted in the Best Of the Upper Cape in the 2024 Local Choice Awards organized by The Enterprise News.
