Ellen Pacheco got her start in the administrative field early on in her career and instantly gained a wealth of knowledge in the work she was doing. She quickly moved up, holding roles in both human resources and accounting which allowed her to become not only an expert in these positions, but also provided her with a strong understanding of a variety of different administrative roles.

Ellen holds the role of Office Manager in the Waltham and Norwood Offices and her experience in Real Estate, accounting, and HR will truly provide the South Shore agents with a wealth of support in the work they do.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I met Anthony at a Realtor event 5 years ago and I immediately recognized how motivating and how much of a go-getter he was. It was evident to me that he and this company were always moving forward, and that it provided so much for its staff and agents to ensure everyone’s success.  I knew that this was something I wanted to be a part of.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, going to the gym, going out to eat with friends, and fishing.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“Yes, the Alzheimer’s Association.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“My favorite thing about my job is being able to assist agents and see them succeed in the work they are doing.”

Do you have any pets?

“Yes! I have a dog named Jaxon, he is a pit/wiener dog mix.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“Football and the Patriots!”
