Ellen Pacheco Joins Lamacchia Realty

Lamacchia Realty is thrilled to share that Ellen Pacheco has joined Lamacchia Realty as the Office Manager of the soon-to-be-announced South Shore office! Ellen got her start in the administrative field early on in her career and instantly gained a wealth of knowledge in the work she was doing. She quickly moved up, holding roles in both human resources and accounting which allowed her to become not only an expert in these positions, but also provided her with a strong understanding of a variety of different administrative roles. Her experience in Real Estate, accounting, and HR is a huge value add to Lamacchia Realty.

In this role, Ellen will oversee all processes, procedures, and operations of the south shore office including providing a high level of support to agents and clients, implementing and maintaining new and in-place technology, systems, and training, and offering overall guidance on all operational matters.

Lamacchia Realty has vastly expanded in agent count, sales volume, and revenue over the past few years. The company celebrated the grand opening of their fifth office in Norwood in June of 2018, as well as celebrated the grand opening of their new permanent location for their Worcester office that same month!  In 2019, Lamacchia opened their 6th location in Leominster and just this year, opened offices in both Chelmsford and Hudson, their 7th and 8th locations, respectively.
