Elizabeth Boudreau is an experienced, licensed real estate professional in MA and NH. She is known for her careful attention to detail while maintaining consistent communication to meet strict deadlines.
Ms. Boudreau is active in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire residential markets representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the sale and purchase of multi-family, single-family, and condominiums.
Ms. Boudreau started her career as a commercial banking officer for Enterprise Bank serving small and medium-sized business clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She served as a bank service manager before relocating to South Florida where she pursued her passion for real estate.
Ms. Boudreau’s real estate career began in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she was a commercial sales and leasing associate with NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. She was active in the South Florida office and retail markets representing users and owners in the Broward and Palm Beach counties. She specialized in site search and selection, asset management, investment sales, property valuations, and advisory services.
Ms. Boudreau brings to her clients a wealth of transactional experience in negotiating contracts and real estate financing in addition to her shared commitment to client service. She knows that clients and their interests are best served with open communication and accurate, timely information they can use. Ms. Boudreau takes pride in going the extra mile with unique marketing strategies and negotiating to get the highest value and best terms that serve her seller clients at the highest level. When representing buyers, she is a master problem solver and researcher to not only locate properties not currently on the MLS but also negotiate the best possible scenario for her client’s needs.
She is a distinguished graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Robert J. Manning School of Business in Lowell, MA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and was instrumental in founding the UMass Lowell Finance Society, managing the school’s stock portfolio, and implementing the Robert Manning Speaker Series. Elizabeth also actively directed the solicitation of significant donations to the University, many designated for the School of Business by large wealth management companies and financial institutions.
Ms. Boudreau is active in the University of Massachusetts Alumni Association as well as the National Association of REALTORS®.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Everything and anything outside; hiking, biking, paddle boarding, free diving, boating, kayaking, and running. I love enjoying and being in nature.”
Do you have a favorite charity?
“The Humane Society, The Greg Hill Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“It’s hard to pick one but it would be negotiating on behalf of my client. I love the surprise and appreciation I receive when I get my client above and beyond what they were expecting. Some situations require creative solutions that my clients may have not known were available to them.”
Do you have any pets?
“Harley, a bichon frise, and Peanut, a Coton De Tulear, I love dogs 😊”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“Boston Sports!! It’s fun being a Boston Sports fan especially when traveling.”
