Eileen is originally from Ireland, has lived in Paris and Los Angeles and now resides in Arlington. Eileen’s native language is Gaelic and she is also a fluent French speaker and loves beginning her day teaching one early morning French class at Winchester High School. She is connected , committed, and invested in her school community.
Eileen devotes the majority of her day to supporting buyers as they begin the journey of purchasing an ideal home and sellers as they move on to pursue other interests. Eileen trustworthy, loyal, and incredibly charismatic- her energy is contagious! Her Masters in Leadership and Organisational Management from Endicott means she is well-equipped to help her clients understand the steps of home buying and selling and can confidently represent their best interests.
Outside of Work I Enjoy:
“I love spending time with my family. I love all outdoor activities. I bike , swim, paddle board, and I love to garden. I love travelling , catching up with friends over coffee, and I love listening to and playing Irish music.”

“All Irish (Gaelic) sports : hurling, Gaelic football, and soccer.”
Favorite Part of My Job:
“Working with the amazing Lamacchia team. Together we make successful transactions happen. I love talking to people and especially helping them understand the buying and selling process. The ultimate reward for me is seeing a family happily begin a new phase of their lives and knowing my work helped make it happen”

Do you have a favorite charity?
“I support many charities and believe in service to my community. I have done walks and runs for breast cancer awareness. As a teacher, I initiated a “Build a Reflective garden’ at the high school to support students, faculty, and members of the community to find a place of peace and reflection.”
Do you have any pets?
“No. We had a cat, Gypsy who passed on 2 years ago. We had her for 8 years. She enriched our lives.”
