Eileen Doherty Qualifies for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

Eileen Doherty pres club 2025

We are thrilled to announce that Eileen Doherty is the first REALTOR® to officially qualify for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She achieved this impressive milestone by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year. This is her EIGHTH consecutive year qualifying, previously making her mark in  2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. She is also a five-time member of the President’s Club ELITE.

It is no surprise at how early Eileen has qualified for the President’s Club this year, as Eileen is a continuous top-producing agent company-wide and out of the Woburn office. At our annual company awards event in Feburary, Eileen was won the 2024 #1 REALTOR with Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume – Companywide and for the Woburn Office, and earned her spot on the 2024 Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle.

Eileen has many accolades under her belt, but most recently, she has been named on the 2024 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List and was recognized in the Boston Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who for 2023. She consistently makes the monthly list of top-producing agents by office, and has most recently made the list in March 2025.

Congratulations, Eileen! We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds for you!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
