Eileen Doherty Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE
We are thrilled to announce that Eileen Doherty has officially qualified for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE! She achieved this impressive milestone by surpassing $28,500,00 in sales volume so far this year. This is her SEVENTH consecutive year qualifying, making her mark every year since 2017. This impressive feat comes just weeks after qualifying for the 2026 President’s Club for the ninth year in a row!
Eileen is consistently recognized as one of the company’s top-producing agents, both company-wide and within the Woburn office. At the company’s annual awards celebration in February, she earned the distinction of being named the 2026 #1 REALTOR® with the Highest Sales Volume Companywide, and the #1 REALTOR® with the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume out of the Woburn, MA office. She was also inducted into the 2025 Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle in recognition of her outstanding performance.
Throughout her career, Eileen has earned numerous industry accolades. Most recently, she was named to the 2026 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. She also consistently ranks among the company’s top-producing agents each month, both in the Woburn office and across the company.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba later this year.
