Doug Collins Qualifies for the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE
We’re excited to celebrate Doug Collins for officially earning a spot in the 2026 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE! Doug reached this impressive milestone after surpassing 53 home sales so far this year. This marks his third consecutive year earning ELITE status, having done so every year since joining Lamacchia in 2024. He has hit ELITE status just three short months after qualifying for the 2026 President’s Club.
Doug has quickly established himself as a top-performing REALTOR® in the Berkshires, earning the distinction of being the #1 REALTOR® in Peru, MA, and Dalton, MA, for both sales volume and transaction sides in 2025, as well as #1 in Hinsdale, MA, for transaction sides. He was also ranked the #1 REALTOR® in Dalton for closed transactions in 2024, and was recognized on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. With more than a decade of real estate experience, Doug is known for his attention to detail, exceptional client service, and deep market knowledge. Since joining Lamacchia Realty in July 2024, he has made a significant impact both within the office and throughout the communities he serves.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members recently returned to Aruba in October of this year!
