Deb and Dick Martin and Christopher Greene Join Lamacchia Realty West Dennis
Lamacchia Realty is thrilled to announce that Deb and Dick Martin and Christopher Greene, well-known and respected Broker/REALTORS® in West Dennis, have joined Lamacchia Realty. This follows the company’s recent announcement of its expansion to West Dennis at 592 Route 28, West Dennis, MA 02670. All three will continue to work with buyers and sellers as Lamacchia Realty REALTORS from this location.

Dick Martin began selling Real Estate in 1976 and opened his own company, Dick Martin & Associates in 1986. In 1988, Amy Surette Greene took over the helm of Surette Realty from her parents, and in 2000 she and Dick Martin joined forces and became Martin Surette Realty. Martin Surette Realty became ERA Cape Real Estate in 2005, and we remained with ERA as a franchise until June of 2026. Amy Surette Greene passed away in 2009, leaving a legacy of customer service and dedication to the Realtor profession that her husband, Chris, along with Dick and Debbie Martin continue to this day. In their goodbye letter to the community announcing the closing of Cape Real Estate, Deb, Dick and Chris reflected:
“While closing the doors to Cape REAL ESTATE was certainly bittersweet, we’re proud to see that this location will continue to be part of the local real estate community. We wish Lamacchia Realty tremendous success as they begin a new chapter at 592 Route 28, West Dennis! We hope they enjoy the same sense of community, connection, and opportunity that this building has provided us over the years.”
“Closing a business that has been part of our lives for so long is not easy. There is sadness in saying goodbye, but there is also tremendous pride and gratitude when we look back at everything we have been able to accomplish together.”

Deb runs and will continue to teach at the Mid Cape Real Estate School out of this location to provide pre-licensing classes for REALTORS and Brokers. She, Dick and Christopher are proud to have the highest rates of generational sales on Cape Cod! Today, they sell to the children and grandchildren of Dick’s and Amy’s original clients.
